Yes. Owners can request an upgrade or downgrade from billing settings. Entitlements update from signed, idempotent billing events.
What does the five-lead startup limit mean?
When the optional Startup plan and limit are enabled, the workspace may accept five new lead records per billing month. Existing customers, jobs, invoices, and guides remain available.
Are payment-processing or text-message fees included?
No. Providers charge their own processing, phone, storage, or delivery fees. DetailOAR shows an integration as unconfigured until you connect it.
